Stern Locker center section ... Installing face plate/seat back

Only a minor inconvenience... with the fire ext box on, I can not install the seat back into position for bolting it in place, because the cleats for the stern deck panels are in the way. :( But not a problem.... just means I've got to swing top and front into place at the same time and then secure both. :)
