Fillet of Aft tie down of mid section

The tie down serves two purposes. 1- It makes a tie down available in the compartment to hold things, in a bag, from sliding around needlessly, like buoyancy bottles. 2- It creates a broader bond base for the stringer to frame joints. 3- It further delays the launch date. : (
