Temp tabs to help line up clamp simply and quickly
I used FAST hardener so that the fillets formed would cure quickly and not run. The theory played out excellent, but in 85 degree heat you must work VERY fast. These tabs were 5 minute epoxied in while the clamp was secured in its perfect bonding location. When the tabs cured, their small fillets were roughed up with a file. After epoxy saturated and filler mix applied, it took about 30 seconds to clamp this piece in to it perfect permanent home. The planning was well worth it.
