Console without all trim yet

This shows roughly what is seen of the console from in the cockpit. Doug Fir will trim out the whole surface and be bright finished. They are nice pieces of Fir. The two center openings will hold some electrical system items. The outer two are general storage and will have hinged hatches flapping over them. At my height, this does not block the view foraward at all from the helm, but adds wind shelter and some sense of security for passengers.
