Front quarter console

The mahogany will be bright finished. There is a mahog base for anchor light. And another small mahog structure on top that forms a lipped storage shelf for odds and ends on calm seas. The mahogany is VERY heavy, but was free. I've ripped it down greatly to these small trim structures which weight next to nothing but still nicely dress up the boat. The overhang is for a hand hold for young relatives when sitting up top (w/pfd). Hope it doesn't snag lines or away it goes in dust!
