Grinding drips on rudder

I should have run my finger along these while it was still wet, but it was awkward with the biax excess in the way. Once that excess was trimmed, I did smooth these while still wet and it made touch up much easier. But for now, here, I had to be careful with the dremel so no gouges would happen.
