HW layout and hole drilling

The Deck Hardware plan is transferred to the upper panel, now laminated to the lower panel. Begin drilling oversize holes for marked HW locations. Again, these oversize holes will be filled, then redrilled to near the proper size, but still slightly larger yet to allow for two coats of clear swiped with a pipe cleaner, and then the four coats of primer and the topcoat.
