C17: Dry fitting upper side panels.

I soaked the spray rails for two weeks (only 'cos I got delayed with other stuff) and fitted them to dry out.

Also fitted upper sides with screws to make sure everything is in the right place. The next steps will be to remove the upper sides, glue them, put them back on. Then remove the spray rails, sand the bottom, glue the rails on, then start finishing the hull!
