Receiver Mounted Boat Carrier

Carrier has an height adjustment and mounts any type of wooden crossbar that can cradle a boat. Works well for carrying lumber and ladders and will soon have a bracket to carry a bicycle. Commercial versions of this carrier have a hinge at the angle to allow the tail gate to open.
