T - Screw driver access

These holes get more epoxy seal. They give screwdriver access to the original mast step block bronze screws. With the mast pivoted back on the tabernacle, I can make sure those screws are snugged up after a long road haul, and before launching. With the tabernacle structure, those screws don't really secure the mast step any longer, unless the tabernacle is removed and the original simple mast step is screwed back in place. Never the less, I can now easily inspect and snug them up while the tabernacle is in place.
