T - The Mast Step Assembly The complete *removeable as it pivots out* Mast Step assembly (again, that upper plate will be twice that thickness when done). This assembly will be permanently affixed to the bottom of the mast so that it slides into position in the slot as the mast is pivot-stepped upright into position.
