Tabernacle face plate bond with fillets smoothed before cure
After I applied what I was hoping was just enough to fill the 1/8 gap and make a small fillet (it was... barely), I squished the face plate into the goo and lined things up in the tabernacle *jig* while it was laying on its back. Then I stood it up and *carefully* removed the assembly to clean up fillets (save cure time). Here's near the base. I used mahogany flour at the base in case I leave it bright.
