Tabernacle pivot assembly - cutting out the mast cross section on the template

Next, per the procedure, cut out the mast section from the template, about 1/16 inch oversize. Since my pencil tracing was about that much *oversized*, I just cut right on the line with the pen-kanife. The outside edges of the template were measured, marked and cut carefully so that it is very *true*.
