Braces for epoxying in components

This piece on the transom will be added so that the stringers install in a sort of insert tab B in slot B procedure. And the rear area by the transom will also be blocked up with doug fir, so there is much less *space* to have to reach up under and maintain. It also makes a solid joint to support loads from the 80 pound engine.
