Seat Top Undersides topcoat and clear

The seat top undersides now have 3 coats topcoat and 3 coats clear. The areas that are not painted are where they will bond to the cleats and stringer, after a final rough up with 120 grit. Once bonded on, I will not be able to reasonably do any painting under there anymore. The compartments will not be painted except for the stern one. The painted underside will light up the compartments when inspecting for damage or rot. The CB case is also topcoat and clear'd at this point, in the *spray booth*.
