Transom mods for ladder and other

The transom was strengthened with these clamping boards, oak trim and secondary knees, both to accomodate the heavy 4 stroke, and boarding ladder *loads*, and other mods that mount to these, like the removeable stern seat with rod holders and icebox. I tried to make every mod have at least two possible functions or options.
