Faux transom glassed with one piece of 6 oz
It was interesting getting one piece of 6 oz woven cloth over and around the transom and rubrails and up and over and 1/8 inch down the other side of the transom. A few relief cuts were needed, and it was held in place with masking tape and worked into place. The masking tape was only on the inside transom in a few places, and the glass was not wet out all the way to the tape positions. It worked out very well. This will then be orbital sanded/faired and filled with another coat or two of epoxy.
