Port vinyl - base panel iso 70% damage

I go to the port side, and do an alcohol wipe first, which just about everyone agreed about. Problem. Because I did not use full crosslinker, the S3 LPU isn't cured enough and hard enough yet for even 70% Isopropyl Alchohol. The wipe softened that nice shiney polished panel and put streaks in it. Ugly. Tried polishing them out again. NG. The film is still too soft to polish. I'm going to let the port side dry and harden again overnight, hoping I will be able to polish out the ugly streaks tomorrow.
