The Start Of A Removable Motor Mount
The aluminum plate goes on the inside of the transom. The plywood is used as a spacer outside the transom to keep the motor off of the upper gudgeon and the rudder stop. It will be glassed of course. Some stainless washers, rubber washers and a couple of wing nuts and it will all go on and off quickly.
