Glassing center top section so feet can be added on face plate

As the project logic goes, I can not create the *alignment and support feet of the center face plate until the center top plate mount is first glassed and weave filled and cured, just short of the paint system. That is now curing. By tonight, I should be able to forget the snug alignment dowels and seal all screw hole wood with epoxy in the entire stern locker structures. Half of them are sealed already. :)
