Bubbles forming under glass laminate on brightwork

Unlike the CB case brightwork, this section did not get an ideal glassing. THat is to say, it was not glassed after heating up all day, and then cured in the cool of night. If it had been, maybe the epoxy would have been sucked into these air channels that are causing bubbling when this heats in the sun.
