Tiller - tilted up on the pivot

The tiller on the CV16 needs to pivot up when tacking and jibing, so the helmsman can scoot under it to the other side. Here it is pivoted up near all you ever need during the maneuver. I'm still debating whether to put a solid block at the stern end of the tiller cheeks. It would make it stronger, but it is probably already stronger now than it ever needs to be. :lol:
