Strakes added

I added 6 strakes to stiffen the bottom and improve directional stability. Now the bottom feels quite rigid, there is much less wind driven wander at idle speed and it will back up in a straight line (which it would not do before). I also put a stainless steel cap rail on the small keel strip to protect it when grounding on a gravel shore.
