Glassing to stop any checking of chainplate frame

There is no way I want to fix a checking problem in those tight quarters! So, like the other frames, this doug fir gets glassed, both sides, before installation. These two cleats did not interfere with installation and it was much easier to put them on now, after careful fitting to meet the seat top underside correctly (easily done with a metal straight edge along the top of the section).
