Mid section seat riser stuff

We've got the hatch plate (watertight), the electric conduit for the bilge pump, the oversize hose through which runs the actual bilge pump hose (thus keeping the mid section watertight without fittings on the live bilge hose), the clear access hatch, and the ubolt safety line connection.
