Transom end of strongback

The builder notes said frame "E" stern side face should be 38" from end of strongback. Upon checking how the transom was going to match up with the stringers and knees, my first thought was something is wrong here as the transom was "firing" up just right. Then realized mt strongback legs are on the outside preventing the transom from setting at the proper angle to fir up to the stringers and knees.
