Inner chine glued
Inner chines are also lams of 3 strips of plywood, 1.25 inches wide. Inner chines have been glued with one-part PU glue and screwed (Ballytan 100, Balcotan in the UK). This glue is much easier to use than epoxy, and has been used in Europe for boat building with excellent results for decades. It requires a tight fit for good results. Well, plywood laminations provide the tightest of fits. The glue cures with wood moisture and swells and foams as curring proceeds, thus forcing the glue inside wood pores.

CAUTION: I do not recommend using PU glue for anything structural on stitch-and-glue boats. My boat is not stitch-and-glue. It has been designed in the 50s and has hundreds of screws to assist the glue. I also use epoxy myself for its excellent gap-filling properties and glue strength.
