putting boat on cradle

Initial idea was to lift hull up and slide cradle under it but in end we turned hull on side again, got cradle in right position then intent was to roll it into place - BUT frame at
"B" would have punched right through hull! So in end with boat on side we picked up one side of cradle and hooked it onto keel then lowered both back onto ground
