Holes for the electric conduit and the bilge hose

The bilge hose hole is oversize for an oversize hose, through which the actual bilge hose will pass. This makes the bilge hose quickly replaceable and yet keeps the watertight chamber watertight. I should have done the same with the elctric conduit *hose*, but that is why its called a learning experience.
