Rod Locker
I used a combination of 1/12 and 2" PVC pipe to make rod tubes. Following advice I learned, I used a wine bottle and flared the ends by heating the PVC with a heat gun.

I can store a dozen rods in the 10 tubes, and the lenghts follow the curve of the bow, so even in this 16 foot boat, I can store 9' fly rods assembles ready to use. (Cant do that with a production boat.)

On the back wall, I used closet rod holders as rests for the rod butts.
